Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Premium Invitation (premiuminvitation.com). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Premium Invitation designs and develops custom 3D interactive invitation websites for weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. Each invitation is individually crafted with custom content, animations, and features based on the plan selected.

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. To place an order, you contact us with your event details, select a plan, and provide the necessary content (names, dates, venue, photos, etc.). An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Our current plans are:

• Essential — ₹2,999
• Premium — ₹5,999
• Grand — ₹9,999

Payment is accepted via UPI or bank transfer. Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

We aim to deliver your invitation website within the following timeframes:

• Essential & Premium — typically within 24 hours
• Grand — typically within 12 hours (priority delivery)

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by the complexity of your requirements, the completeness of information provided, and current order volume.

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Essential & Premium — 2 rounds of revisions
• Grand — up to 5 rounds of revisions

A “round” is defined as one set of change requests submitted together. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an additional cost, to be agreed upon before work begins.

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete event information
• Ensuring you have the right to use any photos or content you provide
• Responding to our communications in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving the final invitation before sharing

Delays in providing information or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

You retain ownership of all content you provide (your photos, text, and personal details). Premium Invitation retains ownership of the underlying code, design templates, 3D assets, and animations used to build your invitation.

We reserve the right to use anonymized or de-personalized versions of delivered invitations as portfolio examples on our website and marketing materials. If you prefer your invitation not be used as a portfolio example, please let us know before or at the time of ordering, and we will honor your request.

• Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start designing your invitation.
• After delivery: No refund once the completed invitation has been delivered.
• Partial completion: If cancellation occurs after work has started but before delivery, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.

To request a cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email using the details in Section 13.

Premium Invitation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
